MFDA Comp Watch program insures that MEMBERS meet the requirements of Montana’s Safety Culture Act, which requires employers of five or more employees to have documented safety programs. The MFDA Worker’s Compensation program has returned Work Comp dividends of near $2,000,000.00 to our members over the years in addition to assisting in obtaining rate reductions. The Saftey program is essential to the success of our workers comp program and the financial health of the individual members taking advantages of its services.
